Hi Jamie, I am sorry the Wi-Fi was not working at that time as well as it should have been. We have investigated this problem, which is compounded by the fact that the Carstone walls of the property act as a Faraday Cage killing the Wi-Fi signal, because of their high iron content. So last year we updated the Wi-Fi network with multiple Ruijie Reyee RG-RAP2260(G) Access Points to boost the signal which should give up to 470-500Mbps download and 50Mbps upload. However, having said all that, the nearer your device is to the access points the better as the structural fabric of the building can still have an impact on the Wi-Fi signal. In the past we have also had issues with the fibre optic signal to the property upstream from our local telegraph pole, due to kinks in the splicing of the fibre optic cable, which Openreach N11 & N23 engineers had to come and resolve. Nevertheless, I will check that the router and the signal are as good as they should be.
