"We had a fantastic welcome from the hosts who live just across the garden from the WeeBothy.

The property was perfectly kitted out for the two of us and has a great cosy feel while being more than spacious enough.

The hot tub on the patio is a real selling point too, a great private space (other than the odd visit from the very friendly Katie the horse by the fence), with a lovely view out over the fields, we were lucky enough to get clear skies too so the view of the stars was fantastic.

In short, great accommodation with friendly hosts. Whole heartedly recommend!"

Tip:
"We loved the location, you feel really secluded but have a few pubs within walking distance and shops.

We used this as a base to explore St Andrews and had a great walk around Tensmure Forest.

It's a lovely part of the world and well worth a visit!"

"We had a great stay at the Wee Bothy. Would highly recommend, in fact we didn’t want to leave as we’d had such a great time.

Very peaceful, lovely views of the surrounding area too. Nothing was a problem for the hosts and we loved having Katie the “pet” horse keeping us company.

We will definitely be back x"

Tip:
"With Ladybank station just down the road, definitely recommend a trip to St Andrews. Short distance on the train and a 10 min bus trip afterwards, would highly recommend. We also took a trip to Anstruther which is lovely, although very busy during the bank holiday weekend. Perfect excuse to sample some award winning fish & chips and a Janetta’s Ice cream too.

Ladybank has 2 shops which you can pick up anything you might need. We also tried the Chinese take away who delivered to us which was great."
