"Places to visit - Black Isle coastal villages; Strathfarrar (spelling may be off) Glen for total peace and quiet.

Things to do - RIB trip from Cromarty. No dolphins on our trip but beautiful coastline and a very knowledgeable guide that filled the gap."

"Great little cabin. Perfect for us with our dogs as it was completely fenced off and we could let them 'roam'.
Nice facilities as we self cater and was a breeze cooking and cleaning there.
Decor, layout all very lovely and comfortable to stay there for 4-5 days"

Tip:
"We self catered so no 'experienced' references for earting ouit. But Inverness is not far away and has plenty of places and Beauly loolks like quite a nice town to visit.
We mostly topurered around the area and it a great central place to do that. The Black Isle is nice and down to Fort Augustus, Loch Ness, Aviemore is not far away. Then West and North West to the Atlasntic coast is quite the nice driving tour. "

"Adorable lodge, surrounded by woods (every morning our friends red squirrels come to say hello) but convenient to supermarkets, shops and points of interest. New, clean, super equipped kitchen. Spacious rooms and comfortable mattresses. Only the bathroom is a little small, I would have put a shower and not a bathtub to save space."
