"Excellent location, close to the harbour but far enough to avoid the noise and fish and chip shops. Cleanliness was exemplary. Facilities were excellent - private living room, comfortable bedroom, both shower and bath in bathroom. Continental breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Hosts were delightful and most helpful with advice on local matters. "

Tip:
"We enjoyed visiting the Capt Cook connections in Whitby - especially the museum. The Abbey is well worth seeing and the special Cook performance was interesting and fun. Walking along the coastal path was a joy in the sunshine. The local museum and art gallery worth visiting also. Had an excellent meal at The Star Inn where there menu is not "just fish and chips"."
