"Fantastic location, lovely countryside, close to towns. The pitches are a good size. Ellie is welcoming and informative. We liked the combined shower and toilet cubicles. The fridge is very useful in hot weather."

"Oakham Castle and their collection of horseshoes is fascinating, good cafe too."

Site easy to get to, great views, your on the side of hill.
Small site so not crowded, big pitches."

"We had a great stay. Very peaceful with great views. Safari tent was really nice with loads of lovely touches. Hot tub and as great too. We had amazing weather also. Would love to return."

Tip:
"We went to Rutland water, 30 min drive and did paddle boarding. Village nearby looked very pleasant with two pubs that were appealing. We’ll have to visits next time. "
