I am so glad I found Craighall Steading. I walked up the track from Ceres and could feel myself unwind. The garden room with access to the veg plot was just perfect . So many lovely, thoughtful touches and a delicious breakfast after a restful sleep in my delightful room. Thank you!

Thank you for the lovely review. We're glad we could provide a suitable place to rest after your days of journeying along Fife's Pilgrims Way. We hope you made good use of the fluffy dressing gowns :-)

Thanks for the great feedback. It's always good to get glowing review but more so from someone on the travel industry. We look forward to seeing you again sometime.

Only 2 things prevented a straight 5-star review: 1. We had some problems finding our way using the sat nav - it doesn't help that your postcode came up showing not Craighall but Mill of Piteassie (spelling?). Maybe give fuller directions on your website? 2. The state of the track is slightly off-putting, and would be even worse if arriving after dark. But over all, a great building, great concept and great service.

Thank you taking your time to provide feedback - we always take that feedback seriously. We know that some car sat nav can put the post code in the wrong location, I have checked the pinned on google, apple and bing maps - they seem to be ok. We do have some additional navigation on our website https://craighallsteading.co.uk/about/contact/ - we will take steps to make sure our guests receive that information. Regarding the track, yes it is 'bumpy'. We have right of access rather than ownership of the track so rely on our neighbours to maintain it. We have suffered badly with the winter storms (including the bottom of the track being washed away); as the weather improves the 'annual' fixing of the track will be complete. Apart from this we're glad you enjoyed the stay.

Caroline and Dave provide an immaculate, comfortable and beautifully furnished B&B along with a warm welcome! The views from the rooms are far reaching, it is truly a relaxing place! A wonderful breakfast is provided with locally sourced produce. It is dog friendly with very thoughtful little extras provided. Would be hard to beat!

Thank you for the review. We're glad you were able to relax, even for a short stay. We try to make sure our 4 -legged guests get something as well :-). Using local suppliers and our home grown produce is important to us.
