"The guest house is beautifully appointed, spacious, and well situated. The hosts are warm, friendly, and helpful. Caterina gave excellent suggestions on where to eat and what to see. The breakfast was bountiful and delicious with the freshest most delicious salmon we’ve ever had. We spent 3 days happily following Caterina’s directions on interesting places to see like Neptune’s steps on the Caledonian canal. "

Tip:
"We enjoyed our walks through the town following the steps to the museum, the churches, the castle, the paths along the Loch, through the fields where the sheep wandered, and watching the steam engine train chug by us. The highlight for us was the hike up Ben Nevis. The 5 mile trail to the top is well built to accommodate the hikers, brutal weather on top, amazing views on the walk down. Full rain gear, gloves, hat, and sturdy boots were key for us in safely ascending and descending the highest mountain in the UK. "
