"L'hôtel et la chambre correspondaient exactement à ma réservation faite auprès de Diana. L'appartement avec deux chambres était au second plancher tout comme je l'avais demandé. Électricité, eau chaude et gaz toujours en service. Wi-fi et câble TV disponibles en tout temps. Excellents services aussi de l'employé à la réception Mariano, des préposées aux chambres Erica et Reina, et des gardiens de sécurité Alberto, Tomas et Pierre-Richard. Piscine propre et nettoyée chaque matin. Très satisfait…"

"Excellent facilities, security (24/7), service and location very near the beach, restaurants and stores. Local vendors offer fresh fruit, vegetables and seafood.

Facilities and pool are very well maintained. Owners and service and security staff are very fiendly and helpful.

Highly recommended (many times!) "

Tip:
"Close to a number of local beach restaurants, bars and craft shops. Relaxing beach scene complete with palms and almond trees.

Short taxi ride to "Ocean World" and the city centre of Puerto Plata."

"El Hotel esta en una excelente ubicacion te brinda privacidad y a la vez cercania a otros servicios, restaurantes, bar, playa, spas, y si tienes que ir a la ciudad el transporte es facil de acceder. "
