Tip:
"The city centre is some twenty minutes walk away and there is a wide choice of shops, restaurants etc. The art gallery was closed for refurbishment at the time of my visit, The Maritime Museum was open and has an excellent display and also a café. In the opposite direction along King Street it is about fifteen minutes walk to Old Aberdeen which has some old buildings and attractive streets."
