"Mark (owner) was extremely helpful prior to our hire answering "newby" questions we had. On the day of pickup he spent time showing us around the van and explaining and demonstrating all the features. While we were away he messaged to check everything was ok and if we had any questions.
There were also detailed laminated instructions provided for the van and drive away awning.
The van was in excellent condition & clean. "

Tip:
"We stayed at Springhill Farm which is 20 minute walking distance from Seahouses where there are plenty of decent places to eat and drink. We walked the coastal path from Seahouses to Bamburgh then on to Budle Bay - a lovely walk with fantastic views. The following day we had a boat trip to Holy Island, which visited Farne islands on the way - well worth the money seeing all the puffins and seals. Highly recommended."
