"The room once again was spacious and comfortable with everything needed for my nights stay. (No. 5) a few issues I found were a dead bee on carpet (could've flown in after a hoover though as windows were open due to heat) bathroom door jammed often and the bathroom felt dated and slightly dirty (bath/bath mat especially) i find the beds very comfortable and always have a good night's sleep when staying. i do still feel that breakfast should be included in the price however I will continue to use your establishment yearly as I have done for the last 4 years to visit the raptor fair at the ncbp as the overall standard is high and staff are helpful, friendly and welcoming. "
