Good day Ms. Watson Thank you very much for your feedback , we appreciate it as it is only with feedback that we are able to improve where we may be lacking. Regarding the meals taking eceptionally long I have looked at your orders and noticed that with most meals you had Grileld foods namely prawns, calamari and chicken which unfortnately takes 45 minutes, this is mentioned on our menu. What I would like to recommend for future visits is that meals be ordered in advance with our friendly front of house team, You welcome to give us the order and what time you wish to be seated and this ensures your food comes out promptly. I apologise for he inconvenience and frustration these delays may have caused you and rest assured we are working on rectifying the issue. Once again thank you for choosing VBL and we hope to welcome you and your family back soon!

Delaying the check in time for one hour or two for the benefit of the check out I suspect would gain the applause of the a majority of your guests."

Good afternoon , thank you so much for the lovely review and especially for the Tips for other travellers :) with regards to a later check out, you would have noticed on your Check in Notes document that was available in your room , that we are able to assist with a late check out until max 12h00 (rather than 10am ) this incurs a 1500 Meticais fee (we bring in extra team members to assist) and it must be booked 24 hours in advance. We hope that upon your next visit you are able to enoy this late check out - until we meet again we sih you endless days of sunshine and happiness!
