"Caroline and Jim welcomed us into their home with a cuppa and shortbread biscuits. We loved our Cromarty room which was beautifully set up and the view was amazing. Caroline served us slices of home made raisin loaf for afternoon tea one day and another day a piece of sponge cake. Breakfast was beautifully prepared and served in the dining room with other guests. Caroline went out of her way to organise a hairdresser while we were there. Thank you very much for a wonderful memorable stay which we really appreciated. It was hard to leave the view from our bedroom. "

"Wonderful accommodation and lovely hosts. Perfect location with spectacular views. We really loved the Cromarty room. Very clean, comfortable and extremely well appointed. The private bathroom would put many five star hotels to shame. Breakfast was amazing with wide choice, freshly cooked with lovely local produce.
We were made to feel very welcome and at home.
Will definitely return. Thank you Caroline and Jim!"

Tip:
"There are so many things to see in this area that we will definitely return for more. We did enjoy the surrounding villages of Cromarty, Rosemarkie and Fortrose. We particularly loved the beach at Rosemarkie and the Courthouse Museum at Cromarty. Also enjoyed the beautiful parkland walks along the River Ness at Inverness. We liked the Chanterelle Restaurant at Fortrose Golf Club, Souters Creek at Cromarty and the beach cafe at Rosemarkie. We should have stated for longer to explore more! "
