"Foyers Lodge is such a wonderful place. It is clear that Anna and Phil have put their heart and soul into this beautiful home. The location is outstanding with the most amazing views of Loch Ness; no better place to sit with a drink in the evening taking in these superb views! Service is personal and warm. We came to celebrate my husbands 50th Birthday and nothing was too much trouble. Anna helped me to make my husbands Birthday extra special. She made sure there was a bottle of chilled Champagne in our room on arrival (set up by the beautiful roll top bath of course!) and they even baked a cake for us so we could celebrate properly that evening (you've got to have cake, right?!) The attention to detail in the design of the building is superb, we never heard another guest once we were in our room which is not an easy feat in such an old house. Even little stoppers on the back of your toilet seat so it didn't make a noise when you used it! Everything has been carefully considered, revamped in keeping with the age of the building and curated in a style that compliments every part of Foyers Lodge. Nothing has been missed. The food and drinks offerings are great, we ate here both nights and can highly recommend it. Anna is a warm and efficient hostess, ensuring that the Dining Room runs like clockwork. Phil is a natural raconteur creating such a fun, warm and lively atmosphere in the bar. Nothing is too much trouble for these guys and you absolutely get a sense that you're part of their family as opposed to just being a paying guest. Remarkable heart warming stuff. Our only quibble being that we had to leave when it was time to go home! They make it look so easy. Go experience and enjoy every single part of Foyers Lodge, you are guaranteed the most wonderful time."

"There is a beautiful walk from Foyers Lodge down to the Falls of Foyers. Highly recommended and with a super Ice Cream stop enroute! The Loch Ness Exhibition was a must see and surprisingly good for such a 'touristy' thing! We loved it. We took a speed boat trip from Foyers Pier which was great fun, just try not to do it with a Whiskey hangover like we did ha! We took a drive up to Cawdor Castle and Gardens (c50mins from Foyers Lodge) and were really glad we did, it's a beautiful spot (great cafe too!) Our main highlight though was being at Foyers Lodge, having champagne in the garden on a beautiful evening looking out over the Loch and keeping every fibre in our bodies crossed we'd get to see Nessie!! We didn't but that's only a reason to make sure we come back again and give it another go! Phil does a cracking Negroni too, and an Old Fashioned and..... erm, don't blame me if you're feeling tender the following morning! Immerse yourself and enjoy every single moment that Foyers Lodge has to offer!"
