"Warm and comfortable cottage in the Scottish Highland countryside, with gorgeous views all around, and deer everywhere. Centrally placed for expeditions North, South, East and West. A week wasn’t long enough to go everywhere and see everything, We would definitely return to Inchnadamph Lodge Cottages in the future."

Tip:
"Lochinver Larder (the pie shop!) is a must. A couple of good walks right from the lodge and cottages. The Bone Caves walk is just up the road a couple of miles or so. Just head off the beaten track and you will find the best that the Scottish North West Coast has to offer. On a rainy day, try heading East across to Lairg, Bonar Bridge, Dornoch etc to see eg The Falls of Shin, as the weather can be completely different from East to West and it is only an hour’s drive or so. We travelled easily in a day trip to Durness and Tongue at the top of Scotland’s mainland to enjoy that part of the famous NC500 route. Every public toilet we came to was well kept, clean, with hot water, and most importantly open when we needed it! The communities clearly care about welcoming travellers. Puts other (supposedly more civilised) parts of Scotland to shame."
