"The apartment was spotlessly clean, extremely well equipped and in a great location near the city centre, with parking which can be tricky in Exeter. When self catering you normally need to take your own cleaning products, tea towels, sharp knives and a few other essentials but this place is managed by someone who understands this and has provided all of those things! There was even milk in the fridge on arrival. Amazing! "

"Hire bikes on the quay and cycle down to Exmouth"

"Perfectly equipped apartment with great facilities and very high quality spec. Spotlessly clean. Lots of good storage make it perfect for a week's stay (or longer). Brilliant location to be able to walk into Exeter city centre but the area itself is nice and quiet. Private parking was a great feature. The host was very helpful when we had a small issue and sorted it out straight away."

Tip:
"There is a Waitrose less than 10 minutes walk away. For EV owners this also has chargers which were very useful for us."

"A very lovely apartment in a good, convenient and quiet location. Really comfortable beds and a nice shower. One of the best holiday houses we have stayed in. All the facilities are really good, though may need a bit more regular maintenance e.g. tumble drier filters were very blocked up with dust. We would definitely recommend this apartment. "

"The Thai restaurant iFood Thai is great. Exeter is an interesting city to explore. Nearest station is St James Park and you can get trains down either side of the picturesque Exe estuary. "
