Tip:
"There is a park only a 2 minute walk from the hotel. Only a 5 minute walk into the village centre. There are some lovely walks around the Dam and beyond. A great place to stay with your dogs. "

"Friendly welcome, very dog friendly and nothing too much trouble. Park and grass areas close by for the dogs who loved their sausage breakfast along with us. All round a good place to stay. "

"Wonderfully peaceful, friendly run establishment. Staff very attentive and courteous. Excellent breakfast served with a smile. Couldn't fault the place. All in all a lovely stay!"

Tip:
"Ample free parking. Hotel is located on a hillside so please bear in mind if elderly and need to walk to town centre."

Thank you, Kris. This is a fabulous review. Don't quite know what happened with the heating in the Lounge. I do know, that with the weather changing daily, we are turning the heating valves up and down on a regular basis. We must have overlooked turning the Lounge heating back up. I'm really sorry about that. As we whizz here, there and everywhere, we mustn't forget that when folk are sitting, they don't feel the same temperature as we do when we're constantly on the move! I'm glad it didn't affect your overall experience, however.
