"Shower and toilet facilities were very clean and tidy but when using the wet room the water flooded out in the main entrance area. Had to mop the whole entrance area and wet room. Also lovely to have a hairdryer to use but the lead is very short."

Tip:
"Very friendly and clean. Must pop to the cafe had the most wonderful homemade soup. The views and river are stunning. Great location to visit Durham."

"One of prettiest sites we have stayed in our 30 years of touring. Everything was perfectly peaceful and inviting with many waves and smiles from all staff"

"It’s a bit hilly to walk far from site but we took a taxi into Durham, it was well worth the trip. A lovely experience "
