"Good communication before our visit and plenty of information on the local area, including maps and places to eat. There were also details of walks of varying lengths and difficulty.
The house is spacious with a ground floor en- suite bedroom and upstairs bedroom with bathroom next door. There is a choice of ground floor or upstairs sitting rooms, both with TV. It has been well equipped and considerable thought given to the needs of guests.
The only slight difficulty was that the heating system was awkward to control but a call to the owners provided a solution"

Tip:
"Dunvegan castle is well worth a visit and the bakery in the village provides hot and cold rolls and sandwiches to take away as well as having tables.
We dined at The Old School House as we have done before and the food and service was excellent.
Neist Point is not far from the cottage and is well worth a visit but there is a considerably steep slope to the lighthouse itself."
