"Had a great new year 3 day stay at the hotel. On arrival our room was ready which was great. The room was nice and warm and clean. The only downside was the toilet seat was really loose. We reported this and it was fixed the same day but was still really loose. Could do with new one.
Apart from that the room was satisfactory. The entertainment was very good apart from the first night which was a little flat. After that had a great time. Bar prices reasonable, and all the food was very good and plenty of it. The staff where all very polite and friendly. Overall a very nice stay with some great entertainment. Really enjoyed our stay."

"Great location, staff friendly, all lovely, very helpful and accommodating . Good value for money. Handy Onsite Parking. Food good and plentiful, great breakfast. We felt New Year package was extremely good value, between the food, buffet, snacks etc and also evening entertainment. Room was ok. Decor a bit dated, like most Hotels in Blackpool, but not a negative or criticism.
We felt the warm, friendly and welcoming staff, plus location, great service and endless food more than compensated for this. Ideal for a good value, central, seafront stay. "

Felt they genuinely did everything they could to make our stay as enjoyable as possible, AND THEY DID!! The New Year package was also very good value for money, we couldn’t gave asked for anymore. Thank you!
