"Breakfast was particularly nice, homemade marmalade and plenty of choice.
John and Julie were very helpful about local facilities and places to eat.
The place is welcoming and immaculate. Beautiful garden to sit in and very close to the quayside and bus stops.
Plenty of space for parking off the road."

"Thus was our 4th visit to this lovely spotlessly clean annex it is like home from home with everything you could wish for , lovely comfortable bed and high powered shower, kitchen well equipped not that we used anything ,ate out all the time , John and Julie always on hand if you do need anything and a font of knowledge about places to go , another real bonus is the in site parking. "

" The King's Arms has a good menu something for all all freshly cooked, portions large, also lovely to sit on Quay with a cuppa from the on beach tea caravan "
