"What a fabulous B&B this is, well situated to Dawlish itself. A very warm welcome is received on arrival from Ian & Christine. We stayed in the Delux Suite with sea view. Room is fabulous, spotlessly clean with comfy bed & sofa with a sea view through the trees & Ian & Christine’s lovely garden. En suite has large walk in shower & separate bath with toiletries & towels provided.
Lots of thought has been given to guests from help with luggage on arrival together with an eye for detail to provide everything you need for your stay. Oh yes and a very welcoming delicious home made slice of cake in your room too.
Room has tea & coffee making facilities with homemade biscuits (made by Christine) replenished every day. Horlicks, hot chocolate, orange squash & sweets are also on the tray. Fresh milk, if you prefer with your hot drinks is kept in a fridge down in the hall.
Breakfast is freshly cooked to order by Christine every morning , whilst to can enjoy cereals, yoghurt, fresh fruit & home made Granola’s also. Christine also makes home made marmalade to enjoy on your toast.
The Beeches is a wonderful place to stay, Ian & Christine are the most thoughtful, friendly hosts, nothing is too much trouble. We both thoroughly enjoyed our stay & look forward to visiting you again very soon . Thank you "

"The Smugglers Inn , 1 minute drive or 8 minute walk from the Beeches is a great place to eat & drink, nice sea view from the Pub "
