"The central location is ideal for Dawlish and all surrounding areas
Easy walk from the Beeches into the town and beach areas.
Public transport minutes away which was handy if you didn’t fancy the hill walk from town back to the beeches

We would like to thank you very much for the wonderful stay in your B&B. The three nights we spent in Dawlish were a very pleasant and relaxing time thanks to your hospitality and warmth.

We immediately felt welcome when we arrived. Your friendly welcome and the warm atmosphere of your house helped us to feel at home straight away.

Our room was very comfortable and clean, which made our stay all the more pleasant. The breakfast you prepared for us every morning was also excellent - fresh, delicious and with great attention to detail.

All in all, we can fully recommend your B&B and will certainly be happy to come back when we are in the area again. Thank you again for everything!
