"This is our third stay at Ashlea Studio and I honestly can't see us ever holidaying anywhere else! Martin and Jane are so friendly and nothing is too much bother. The accommodation is perfect for us and our two boxers, who feel very at home as soon as we pull up the drive! I cannot recommend this place highly enough!"

Tip:
"Fraisthorpe beach is around 10 minutes drive and is just perfect. You can park right on the edge of the beach and even on a very busy day, just walking five/ten minutes and you have the vast open beach pretty much to yourself. The sand is firm and even which, for someone with disabilities, is easy to navigate. There is also the Cow Shed off the car park which offers great coffee and tasty snacks. Mr Moos at Skipsea is also a 'must' to visit...the sheer number of flavours is mind-boggling..you end up going back to try more! The also offer great food! Filey is another hidden gem on the coast which is worth a visit...long prominade which is dog friendly (section of beach is not dog friendly but there are clear signs) and plenty of cafes to choose got a pit-stop. "
