"As always a pleasant welcome by Wendy on arrival, choice of pitches to choose from at this time of year.All facilities were 5 star as usual, new shower fitted recently in the hut.
Just become an Adults Only site should you want to relax and unwind, but it was always a tranquil place anyway."

Tip:
"Pleasant and peaceful site with well kept pitches and grounds.A new addition is an onsite mini shop with the items you just might have forgotten to bring, we have used it several times !! Homemade jams and chutneys, fresh eggs when available. Drovers Arms 15 minutes walk away providing excellent food. Bus service every hour into York and the retail outlet 10 minute walk to bus stop, doesn't pass site entrance. Lots of walks available Wendy has details in the hut.Plenty of wildlife to see in and around the site.
This site offers both relaxation or places to visit whichever you prefer."
