"Lovely stay in a quiet part of San Pedro! If you're looking to be in San Pedro but away from all the noise and instead immersed in nature, this is the boutique stay for you! The property has dorms and private rooms with a beautiful view of the pool and the lake. It's tranquil and the dorm is very much worth the price compared to other hostels where the facilities aren't as good but you'll pay just as much. I really enjoyed the en suite bathroom (so great for a dorm!) and the fact that the dorm room gave you patio access to the pool. The owner has been running the property for years. It's a self check-in model so there isn't much in the way of events or social aspect, but there were some social guests during my stay so people were able to plan some excursions together and it was nice to chat in the kitchen/dining area in the evenings. The lights go out in the kitchen area at 9, so this isn't a place to party but more to relax and unwind. Tip: book directly through the website and you'll save about 20%. Thank you so much for a great stay!"

"Cafe Orbe is just a few minutes walk and it's a great place for coffee and some lunch good. I had the crepes and the bagel and everything was good for a decent price. I went here everyday during my stay :) I didn't try the Isabella restaurant that Lobo recommended because it was closed when I was there, but it looks amazing. There's also a few shops on the road to buy some basic food items. "
