"Our hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming and full of good information. The rooms were cosy, extremely clean and the beds very comfortable. The facilities were excellent and our hosts had really thought about what was important to travellers on holiday. The breakfast was first class and the service we received we felt was very personal, helped by the fact that they operated only three rooms. We felt at home immediately and would have no hesitation to recommend it to others. Moreover, we would very happily stay there again."

Tip:
"The Black Isle Inn served excellent beers and a simple range of delicious pizzas.
The Highland Soap Factory had a lovely shop and excellent cafe & restaurant.
The Fort William museum was very interesting and the cinema cafe next door to the museum was always welcoming."

"Carole and Andy were very sweet people who truly pampered us. We were even allowed to watch deer in their garden while they were in their kitchen. They're very helpful with hiking routes. Whatever you ask, they'll try to help. Truly lovely. The location is ideal for visiting Ben and Glen Nevis for beautiful walks. From our bedroom, we looked out over a beautiful bay because it's seawater, not a lake. We heard from Andy Carole that whales are sometimes stopped in the bay and then spout the water. Highly recommended."

Tip:
"There are deer in their garden. We saw them several times over the past two days. We went for walks on Ben and Glen Nevis, which are a short distance away. From our bedroom, we looked out over a beautiful bay because it's seawater, not a lake. We heard from Andy Carole that whales are sometimes stopped in the bay and then spout the water."
