"Not much choice of places to eat in Dunoon, however food at the Lorne public house was excellent.
Great access to many of the lochs in the vicinity. Access to local ferries are within easy reach."

"Douglas Park was just what we needed - a restful environment with a beautiful outlook over the Clyde estuary.

Ken was friendly, kind, thoughtful and helpful - "second mile" helpfulness - and the breakfasts were carefully adapted to our dietary requirements with a cheerful spirit."

Tip:
"We know the area fairly well, but enjoyed a trip over to Bute, and a drive round to Inverchoalain Chapel on the banks of Loch Striven on a day of perfect stillness."
