"Had a good sunday lunch at the local pub, very friendly staff and good value. Lovely to see the Kites when we were out and about. Went to butterfly place very disapointed not much to see for the money we paid, it was a bit run down."

"Andrew is a very friendly, helpful owner. The house is in a fantastic location on the edge of a nature reserve, so plenty of walking straight from the front door. The house is clean, very comfortable and has not been over developed. The beds are very comfortable. The kitchen is very small but fully equipped. WIFI works well too. The central heating boiler is the Rayburn in the main living area and this can be a little noisy when watching TV. Lots of birds in the garden to watch. Good boot room/dog room accessed by back door which was very useful. Car parking big enough for our largeish car. Overall a great place to stay and I will happily go back. Only slightly negative points are lack of ventilation in the bathroom and the noisy boiler but don't let these put you off. It's a great place to stay."

Tip:
"Abaeron has interesting houses and good food places. Tregoes chocolate covered waffles are delicious and can be bought in local supermarkets. Cheryl sells cards via an honesty box in the house...they are very good photographic cards."
