"This was our third visit, and once again, it was absolutely wonderful. John and his wife go above and beyond in every way - they are friendly, welcoming and always on hand to offer ideas (especially when it’s a rainy day and we can’t walk like we planned!). The room was immaculate and always feel like brand new every time we stay. The location is lovely, peaceful, and perfectly placed for exploring the area. A short drive into Keswick if needed.

Breakfast is always a highlight here! It’s always fresh and delicious, knowing the high quality products that are used.

We honestly can’t speak highly enough of this place — it’s our absolute favourite, and we’ll definitely be back again!
