"Even though I notified the resort well in advance, they were not equipped to handle a vegan diet. They did not know what it was upon our arrival and continuously asked if we could at least eat eggs or fish. The accommodations are not at all as described on the website - not refurbished, holes in the screens, windows broken, no power for over 7 hours at night. The "marine sanctuary" was well, not a sanctuary. All coral was dead, visibility is horrible and there are few fish."

"We had a great stay. Sam was excellent running activities etc and all the staff were lovely! The meals were well varied with the limitations but a suggestion I'd make is not to serve steak if unable to offer how it will be cooked eg rare, medium etc.
The beef was great in the stir fries but a few people commented that they couldn't enjoy their steaks cooked medium-well done and it was also our least enjoyable meal. Otherwise the cooks did a great job and we hope to return again!"
