"The facilities were great. The property itself is lovely. The layout of the accommodation is functional and clean - well worth the price, perhaps slightly lacking in character. There is a communal kitchen but not other areas. The host Ian was helpful and friendly. "

Tip:
"My wife and I ate out at Cardamom Spice in Snaith. We were extremely impressed by the quality and affordability of the Indian/Bangladeshi food there. A real treat. For example, lamb chops started for £4.50 was the size of a main dish and had four chops with various garnishes. The naan is fluffy and baked in a clay oven. The meat dishes are very nicely flavoured, prepared fresh and not just meat thrown into a sauce. "

"This room and breakfast provided us with all we wanted plus a friendly helpful welcome from Iain. Our car was also parked off-road which is helpful in Pollington’s country lanes. Excellent! "
