"We have stayed at Northlands before and will continue to in any future travel plans to this area. David and Pauline are fantastic hosts and extremely knowledgeable and helpful in directing guests to areas and places to eat and visit around Pitlochry. They go the extra mile to make your stay comfortable. Breakfasts are amazing and a varied amount of food is available to suit all tastes. The room is very comfortable and there are little treats laid out in the room as well as a nip of whiskey. We can’t praise it highly enough. Wholly recommend staying here if you are in Pitlochry"

"A visit to Blair Athol Castle and gardens, Dunkeld a small town south of Pitlochry, Braur House shop north of Pitlochry.
Eating places, there are a few and Pauline and David will advise but we liked Cidsin which is an authentic Indian restaurant and Moulin Hotel an inn which serves excellent pub grub. There are plenty of walks and the scenery surrounding Pitlochry is very nice"

"Where to start praising this bed & breakfast and its lovely hosts? The house is even more beautiful than in the photos. Gorgeous and fascinating antiques line the walls, bookshelves and tabletops. A rock in the front garden dates to ancient times and the striking Ben Vrackie looms above the house. Our room felt like pure luxury with its spacious bed, bathrobes and freestanding bathtub. The house, location and impeccable cleanliness alone make Northlands a great place to stay, but the true value of this accommodation comes from the warm and inviting nature of the hosts, Pauline and David. They epitomize hospitality. While they are friendly and chatty people, they also give guests as much privacy as they need. Pauline, a fine cook, prepares a delicious breakfast spread each morning. She's also a great resource for local walks and sightseeing and dining recommendations. My partner and I have stayed in many B&Bs in many different countries and we have never experienced hospitality like at Northlands. We honestly cannot praise them enough."
