"It was so lovely to be back after all the lockdowns and restrictions. The room is excellent, beautifully furnished and really comfortable with lots of space. Sitting in the bay window you get a lovely view across to the hills, and the deep claw-foot bath is another stand-out item. The breakfasts meanwhile are absolutely fantastic. There is so much choice, a lot of it local, and it will keep you going until the evening! A great place to stay, and we always come away feeling thoroughly relaxed."

Tip:
"The high street is a 5 minute walk and it only takes 15-20 minutes to walk up to the Dam Visitor Centre which is well worth a look with a lovely cafe on-site. McKays Fish & Chip restaurant does really nice food."
