"The Lone Barn is a lovely and relaxing place to stay. The buildings and accommodation are beautiful. Our rooms were very comfortable, characterful and beautifuly decorated. Mel and Paul are wonderful hosts - friendly, unfailingly helpful and, if asked, are happy to provide suggestions about the area - things to see and do and places to eat. The area is great for outdoor activities like walking and cycling or for sightseeing. Breakfasts at The Lone Barn are amazing with interesting and varied options on offer every day. In the afternoon, you are offered tea and delicious homemade cake. It was a wrench to leave and we hope to be back. Don't hesitate to book here - we would thoroughly recommend it!"
