"I cannot recommend highly enough to those, who like me want a peaceful place surrounded by nature and amidst a beautiful garden. You look out on a stream and wonderful
Meanwood park- an oasis in a city which is nearby. The accommodation is very functional- and upstairs kitchen and sitting room were for me a wonderful space to work. Hope I can stay again! Best for guests with their own car, for me a 12-15 minute walk to bus stop. "

"Mugs were a bit stained. Perhaps need replacing. Some cobwebs high up on the oak beams.
Excellent place though would recommend. I’ll certainly be going back,
Don’t park under the trees! Coo, coo poo poo😀"

"I stayed at Headingley Hideaway when I was in between houses.
They were really flexible with my dates and ensured everything was ready and clean on time.
As I stayed for a long period, they also offered a clean when in residence and was really appreciated.
Facilities were perfect and location was great - if a little too handy for Waitrose!!"

Tip:
"If you want to go to town, walk into Headingley to get the bus as you have the choice of 3 regular buses as the Meanwood bus is not as reliable.
Take advantage of the shortcut to Meanwood.
Recommend Three Cottage Cafe - cakes are yum!
Zucco for food is also really good!"
