Dawn and all of the staff always make you feel very welcome and nothing is too much trouble.
Rooms are very comfortable so you will enjoy a good nights sleep.
You must try Dawns breakfasts they are outstanding."

Tip:
"Try the Whitby tour bus where you can hop on and off at your leisure.
Plenty of local restaurants in Whitby, depends on your requirements.
You can always dine at the Seacliffe."

"Very nice hotel spotless clean quiet nice decor staff very helpful didn't have a hair dryer or iron in room the staff got them with in minute's of asking for them"

Tip:
"The stairs to the upper floor are a bit narrow bit tricky carrying luggage, nice views from the front of the hotel the back looks on to a cricket field.its a 5 to 10 minutes walk in to town some steep steps to the town but you can walk down the road takes a bit longer "
