Lo único que en mi opinión debería mejorar para tener un 10 son los colchones y mantener la parte edilicia, he notado que los balcones se encuentran en mal estado si los miras desde abajo .Algo desagradable es que debes llegar antes de las 19 o te cobran un extra de 25 euros , algo que no lo advierten y resulta antipático .
El jardín es increíblemente bello ."

Muchas gracias por sus comentarios sobre la maravillosa e inigualable ubicación y las deliciosas opciones gastronómicas. Somos un hotel pequeño con dos empleados a tiempo completo. Queremos que nuestro personal tenga tiempo para comer, descansar y pasar tiempo con sus familias. Para ello, le pedimos que llegue antes de las 19:00. Si reservó a última hora para una noche, quizás no tuvo tiempo de leer que no somos un hotel grande con personal disponible las 24 horas ni registro. Me alegra que nos haya encontrado y que haya podido llegar antes de las 19:00 para disfrutar plenamente de las vistas y el antipasto. Esperamos darle la bienvenida de nuevo por más tiempo la próxima vez.

"We loved our stay, particularly the view from our balcony, the home cooked lasagne and the tranquillity.
Lost one point on facilities as the room was very hot through the first two nights, with an uncomfortable mattress and pillows, so we couldn't sleep well.
Also we'd have appreciated if the breakfast was served earlier, so we could have seen some of the busier places before the heat and crowds."

Thanks for the lovely review, we glad you had a great stay here. The feedback on breakfast times is helpful but it's a tricky one to get right as the village shop doesn't open until 8am. We get fresh baked goods, bread and ham each day - despite being there as Flavio opens, we need time to get the goods back to the B&B and present them for breakfast. If you let us know the night before, we can always provide fruit and yogurt for an earlier, lighter breakfast. Unfortunately, the most reliable way to beat the heat and crowds around Lake Como's hotspots is to avoid June/July and August. May, September and October are lovely as are the smaller pretty mountain villages to visit. The hotspots will always be that!
