"Hosts very welcoming and helpful, nothing too much trouble if you need anything.
Rooms cleaned daily. Towels supplied.
Nice dining area spacious. Good variety of breakfast cereals, bread and hot menu.
Nice area to sit outside small area to sit and relax, both either side of the dining area.
Situated a short walk to the cliff top and down to the beach.
Local transport very good and regular. Parking is available for a few cars on the front and street.

Tip:
"If travelling by train it is easier to get off at Bournemouth and get a taxi. There is a cabin on platform 2 side and can ring tc cabs on free phone costs around 11.80.
The bus you have to change halfway and get off at Southbourne Grove and walk to the other end of Grand Ave.
If getting off at Pokesdown station be aware, especially if have a disability that there is no lift and steep steps to the top. Bus stop across from the station and as previously said off at Southbourne Grove and walk to the top of Grand Avenue.
Beach Lodge has 3 floors no lift.
