"Casper and his lovely wife were so welcoming. Enjoyed the stay so much that we stayed an extra night.Great cooked breakfast with added touches like freshly sliced fruit with every breakfast and homemade cake placed in our room when we returned from a day out. Beach is a 5 minute walk from guest house with restaurants and pubs within walking distance. Would definately return."

Tip:
"The Spyglass & Kettle pub was 2 roads down from Guest house which served very reasonably priced food. We also booked the Bistro on the Beach for an evening meal which served really good food with a sea view. Dickys in Southbourne High Street was worth a visit we had an evening meal there which cost around £50 for the 2 of us with drinks, starters and mains
We stayed in room MAPLE which was spotless with a view of the sea plus free parking at guest house or on the road."
