The location is ideal for people with a car, it allows easy access to many interesting places in the area. "We had a lovely two night stay at the Auld Post Office. The hosts were excellent and made us feel at home. They took a lot of time to chat to us and give us recommendations on places to visit and local restaurants.
Our room was spotless and very comfortable with everything we needed for our stay. Breakfast was very good and plentiful.
They have beautiful and extensive gardens which we would have enjoyed sitting out in but unfortunately the good weather broke the day we arrived. If you are lucky enough to visit in good weather the gardens are a great asset. We enjoyed our stay nevertheless and would not hesitate to return.

"The heritage center at Wick (as recommended but our hosts) is a great place to visit to learn about the history of Wick. We found it fascinating and wished we could have spent more time looking around.
Both evenings we ate in the Ulbster Arms a five minute drive. The food is very good and reasonably priced and the staff are very helpful. "
