Siamo molto felici che abbia apprezzato la **posizione, la nostra cucina, la cortesia e disponibilità dello staff**, così come la pulizia e la cura della struttura. Comprendiamo anche la Sua osservazione sulla camera. Al-Marnich nasce dal recupero di un antico complesso rurale in pietra e legno e, proprio per questo, le nostre camere sono molto diverse tra loro per dimensioni, disposizione e luminosità: alcune sono più raccolte e rustiche, altre decisamente più ampie e luminose, con balcone, terrazzo o spazio esterno. Gentile Gianfranco, La ringraziamo per aver dedicato del tempo a valutare il Suo soggiorno presso l'Agriturismo Al-Marnich e, in particolare, per aver indicato che **consiglierebbe la nostra struttura ad altri ospiti**. Abbiamo tuttavia notato una valutazione complessiva di **2,5/5**, senza un commento che ci permetta di comprendere quali aspetti dell'esperienza non abbiano pienamente soddisfatto le Sue aspettative. Ci dispiace quindi che il soggiorno, almeno sotto alcuni aspetti, non sia risultato completamente soddisfacente. Un Suo eventuale suggerimento o qualche informazione in più sarebbe per noi molto utile, sia per comprendere cosa non abbia funzionato sia per continuare a migliorare il nostro servizio.
