Thank you for your feedback. We have spoken to staff with regards to your comments and they cannot recall a complaint from Wednesday evening. We would rather guests mention at the time so if there is any issue we can try to rectify it. The eggs were sent back at breakfast and some fresh eggs cooked for you. Everyone likes there eggs different and the chef would not sent out eggs if he thought they were undercooked. Besides this issue we would hope that you would stay again in the future.

"Room 8 was very nice but also very cold on arrival landing after door to room 7 and 8 very cold as radiators appear to be turned off appart from that lovely stay as always and will definitely be back"
