"Really friendly and helpful staff. On arrival a staff member noted we are pensioners and assisted taking cases to our room and also noted my wife's walking problems arranged for our 1st floor room to be changed to a ground floor room.
Breafast food selection was amazing and superbly presented and cooked.The same comments applied to the evening meals."

Tip:
"We enjoyed parking next to the sea and would recommend Parton Beach and St Bees which has 2 beaches the first has loos etc and is good for children, we preferred the comparative quietness of the second beach."

Small but adequate outdoor seating area with full afternoon sun ( umbrellas provided.

Tip:
"The onsite restaurant offers a good selection of food , well cooked and delicious. We both enjoyed a Sunday lamb roast.
Whitehaven which is several miles away is a very pleasant place with lots of restaurants, cafes, pubs and shops. The marina area is a lovely place to explore and wheelchair accessible."
