"- you can buy delicious fresh eggs from the house down the lane
- the deer love it if you put out carrots/apples
- the birds go through seeds and fat balls at a phenomenal rate!
- the Coffee Pot at Salen is well worth a visit and has a 24 hour cake box"

"Perfect location and the lodge was so clean and well equipped we didn’t want for anything.The owners were so welcoming and friendly. Would definitely recommend it to anyone wanting peace and quiet and beautiful scenery not far away. Loved seeing the wildlife in the area."

"Easy to locate on google maps. Visit Calgary beach and Lochbuie where you can walk for miles easily."
