"Hallandale touring park is a great stop over for a couple of nights, we were welcomed to the park and informed of our pitch, the facilities were fantastic spotlessly clean and tidy, Melvin has a beautiful beach with in walking distance , if you’re a twitcher like myself the RSPB reserve Forsinard Flows isn’t far away on the A897. After a long day out we returned back to the site for a delicious evening meal and a couple of beers. Again a great stopover we will be staying again next time we’re up.

"Great place for the Forsinard flows reserve.
Excellent trip from the touring park to do a loop around the A836 to Bettyhill, then the B871 to Syre, then Kinbrace then back up on the A897. Lots of wonderful scenery wildlife wild dear and best of all eagles.

"Super site just off the road. Small but has all the facilities you need. Showers etc were spotlessly clean. Nice staff and great food in the Inn. Highly recommended "
