The hosts Maggie and Rob were wonderful. They were friendly and helpful. They asked what we needed and shared their knowledge of the local area to help us decide where to eat and where to visit. The room we stayed in had a fabulous view and was decorated beautifully as well as having everything we needed.

Such an amazing place to stay. The views from our room were stunning and loved being able to sit out on the balcony. Room was beautiful. A special mention to Rob and Maggie who were so welcoming, loved hearing their stories and talking to them in the mornings during our wonderful breakfast. Would definitely book again.

The owners of the B&B are a very friendly couple. Made us feel very welcome. Our room was the biggest room we have ever stayed in, with the most amazing views. Breakfast was superb! We didn’t need anything to eat till our evening meal. We would highly recommend this B&B

This was my second time at Ty Capel. I returned because when I first went it was the most beautiful, peaceful, well run B&B I have ever stayed in and I wanted my wife to experince it. Even though the owners have changed the experience hasn't. In fact the new owners are even more attentive and accommodating. Unfortunately we were unable to get the Clywedog room which is the ultimate in luxury with both a bath and a balcony overlooking the lake. It books up REALLY quickly. But Hafren room was almost as nice. I even paid for a good friend to stay in Clywedog room for his 50th birthday-he and his wife loved it.
