Chris and David were nice and friendly making us feel welcome in their home. It was great to hear all about the cottage and bee keeping. The home made scones on arrival were delicious as were the breakfasts. We were really pleased we chose Spring Cottage and would certainly visit again.

Spring Cottage is a delight. Very tastefully furnished to a high standard, with every need catered for. Chris, the host, is welcoming and attentive and his breakfasts are always superb !

Tips for other travellers

Spring Cottage is very well-placed for garden-lovers: in easy reach of several wonderful gardens, as well as the Eden Project. It is also only just outside Truro and there is a good park-and-ride on the way in to the city.

We were staying at beautiful Spring Cottage while visiting my sister who lives in Probus. Our hosts were kind and attentive and our room was pretty, clean and very comfortable. We had an amazing choice of delicious breakfasts and Chris's scones, which we were given on our arrival at the cottage, were the best ever. We would certainly recommend Spring Cottage and will be returning ourselves. Frances & Chris

Tips for other travellers

We ate at the pub in Probus, which was convenient. Although we drove to Truro for some shopping, we didn't have time to see much of the area as we were visiting my sister, who was unwell.
