The b&b is centrally located to all areas. Chris and David are very knowledgable about places to visit. If you like honey they have their own bee hives and produce delicious honey they also make soap.

Spring Cottage was an amazing find and the perfect place for our stay in Cornwall. The cottage was comfortable, well-maintained, and ideally located, making it a great and accessible base for exploring all that Cornwall has to offer. The hosts were incredibly helpful and welcoming, always on hand with useful recommendations and quick to assist with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. We would highly recommend Spring Cottage to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient place to stay while discovering Cornwall. We would happily return in the future!

Be sure to ask the hosts about their locally grown honey and other bee products. The honey is delicious, and their range of handmade soaps is amazing and well worth taking home as a souvenir. Pay close attention to the directions provided before your arrival. They are very clear and will guide you straight to the property. Once you're nearby, Spring Cottage is signposted, making it easy to find without any stress. Take advantage of the cottage's excellent location. It's a great and accessible base for exploring Cornwall's beaches, coastal paths, picturesque villages, and popular attractions. Don't hesitate to ask the hosts for local recommendations. They're incredibly helpful and have plenty of knowledge about the best places to visit in the area.

Spring Cottage provided us with a very welcome refuge whilst we had family staying at our house. Perfect location near Probus & Truro with good public transport links to a variety of locations in Cornwall. We were personally welcomed by Chris who showed us to our spotless & comfortable room. A cream tea on arrival was most welcome with delicious home made scones. During our 3 day stay we found Chris & David friendly & accommodating. The breakfasts were amazing with a fruit, cereals & juice provided followed by choice from a varied menu including full English, vegetarian option, fluffy pancakes, scrambled eggs with smoked salmon & fruit smoothy. Everything was cooked perfectly & beautifully served. We would highly recommend Spring Cottage as probably the best B&B we have ever stayed at. Thank you Chris & David.

There are a few steps both externally & internally which might be problematic for someone with impaired mobility.
