We had everything we needed for our stay. We were made very welcome as usual and had a lovely, relaxing week. We enjoyed an evening stroll around the grounds. Something g you can't do at every location. We absolutely plan to visit again, and you can say better than that.

Hidden away in the hinterland beyond Slapton Ley this was an ideal location for us to tackle a section of the coast path. The cottage was spotlessly clean and comfortable and had everything we needed. Thank you Ruth for your friendly welcome - we liked the opportunity to stroll around your estate grounds.

Our time at Rafters was just wonderful the perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of life.We were made to feel extremely welcome on arrival and all the information provided was so helpful from the beaches and places to eat as well as more practical information. The cottage was just so cosy and welcoming. The Estate is simply stunning with beautiful views and access to the woodland and land such a privilege. The peace and quiet of the valley was just what we needed. We definitely plan to go back

We had a holiday Honey Suckle Cottage. It was just what we were looking for. Ruth and John were always available if we needed anything, we didn't, because everything was at hand. Definitely recommend a holiday there if you want to het away from it all. A perfect spot to for the beach, local shops and the bigger towns half hour away by car. "Marvellous!"
