Another fantastic stay at The Bridge Hotel. The food, the staff, the rooms are all brilliant, highly recommended.

Our family visited as a 60th birthday treat for my wife, we've been before - for a birthday last year at the same time of year. The location is stunning - plenty of long and short walks starting from the hotel with spectacular scenery to enjoy. We even avoided the rain and snow for most of it. Rooms were great - not huge, but very warm, cosy, clean and well-equipped, perfect after a day on the fells. Useful drying room too for those inevitable Cumbrian showers. The service was fantastic throughout and the food amazing with a great choice for all all of us including the vegetarians in the family. Vicky looked after us throughout our stay and made us very welcome, all the staff were great but Vicky, Eden and Sadie deserve special mention - brilliant service from lovely friendly people. Many thanks for a fabulous stay - we'll be back.

Beautiful hotel in a wonderful location. Attentive, freindly and efficient staff, so cosy and warm, room was beautifully set out and welcoming with a four poster bed and balcony, wonderful bath, too x
