Great place to stay. Ideal location, close to all amenities. Accommodation had everything we needed for our stay. Comfy bed and very quiet so good nights sleep. Nice to have secure outdoor area for the dog to use. Owner was very friendly and helpful, was there to meet us, despite us arriving later than we'd expected. Would happily stay again if in the area.

Fifth time I’ve stayed at the guesthouse. It has everything I need and the location is ideal for getting to London and around the South East.

A very positive approach by management and things clearly described. From an HSE point of view perhaps a handle inside the shower area for the older ones. The step-out mat needs to be a type that adheres to the floor (non-slip) type. Also the tiny gap between the parked car and approach to the gate needs to be filled-in to stop older ones from tripping.

Tips for other travellers
The Rose and Crown down the A21 a couple of miles has marvelous food in or outdoor with a dog as well. This facility is very central to sorts of places. It is very quiet at night and offers a very good nights sleep being away from town centres you awake refreshed. The management of Clay Farm is attentive and warmly friendly.
