The Parlour Barn has all the facilities you would require for self catering. The Barn and private garden was very clean and tidy on arrival and we were looking forward to our first session in the hot tub. The welcome pack of bread, eggs, chutney, apple juice and chocolate brownies was a great addition. We really enjoyed our stay

Tips for other travellers

We spent the days either relaxing in the peaceful Barn and visiting local villages. There are many beautiful places to visit a short distance away such as Chipping Campden. We also went to Stow on the Wold and Worcester which have lots of independent shops and lovely places to eat. We enjoyed Evesham less so! It is up to you if you want to relax and enjoy the Barn or get out and about

The lodge is very well equipped, comfortable and clean. A welcome 'pack' of home made bread, chocolate brownies, and chutney, plus half a dozen eggs, was much appreciated and made us feel very welcome. An issue wth a troublesome door lock was fixed very quickly without fuss. We enjoyed meeting the charming owners Sue and Roger. If we ever need self catering accommodation in the Evesham area we will definitely return. Having use of two bedrooms was a definite bonus and essential for us.

Tips for other travellers

Easy drives to a lot of historic or scenic locations including Stratford, Worcester, Sudeley, Snowshill, Bourton on the Water. Large Abbey park in Evesham is pleasant. Fleece Inn was special but booking advisable.
