One of the best stays on St Thomas. Franklin and Vivian were the best host we have ever had. Thanks to them. I would and will recommend a stay there to everyone. Marty

Picara Pearl has lovely, clean rooms and beautiful gardens. Spectacular views from the balcony too! The hospitality was wonderful and began months before we even arrived in St. Thomas. We received emails with important travel information, cruise ship schedules (important for planning any trips to town as the town can be very busy when multiple ships are docked)and events during our stay. Franklin and Vivian met us at the airport and made sure we were always comfortable.

Location, location, location! This villa has it all. Incredible view, close to the renowned Magen's beach, and it also let's me feel that we are away from all the hustle and bustle. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony every morning, looking out the bay and outer islands, and having all that beautiful landscape to myself. Thanks much to frank and Viviane's hospitality! We had a great week, and a great base to explore St Thomas and St. John.
