Jayne was very kind in allowing us to change the date of our booking because of the weather forecast. The room was exceptionally clean and decorated to a high standard. I really appreciated the small touches like shortbread and the multiplug charger.

Tips for other travellers

It is only 4/5 for location for me because of the distance from Woolacombe - no good if you want to drink in the evening and then need to drive back. However, there is an honesty bar, and there is also a bus stop right outside although no late buses. There is also a local taxi service. You pay much more to stay in Woolacombe, and Highways House is amazing value for money.

Tips on local facilities available at house. Ate at the Jube ourselves. Good pub grub.Thouroughly enjoyed it.

a gorgeous place to stay and you are so brilliantly looked after by jane and Terry, they can not do more for you to make sure you have a wonderful stay, the best welcome and stay i have had i could not recommend highly enough
